"Quantum Landscape — Like Water" uses quantum — the smallest unit of any physical phenomenon, with the quantum of light being light's smallest unit — to paint digital landscapes through water molecules, electrons, photons, and sound waves. "Like Water" reflects the team's understanding of life, unfolding in four chapters before the distillery granary, portraying the process of brewing a soul. Every "life" is inherently kind and unique; from the moment of birth, it undergoes constant "refinement." Facing such a world, one can adopt the philosophy of being "like water" — helping all things without contention, treating everyone with goodness. Brewing sake, also brewing the soul. Inspired by the fermentation from rice to sake, the performance speaks of the qualitative transformation people undergo on life's journey. When the sugidama is hung high, the performance becomes yeast itself — in a space filled with the aroma of fermentation, combining dynamic imagery, electronic sound, and shifting light into a digital narrative experience, beginning a fifteen-minute journey of soul-brewing. Using "brewing" as the expressive motif and life experience as the raw material for fermentation, four chapters interpret the soul's gradual maturation: Chapter I | Born Chapter II | Refinement Chapter III | Be Water My Friend Chapter IV | Equanimity Guided by narration, audiences step into a misty forest in search of the soul's sake. Through their mobile devices, they answer four questions to explore the raw ingredients of their own soul. Then, accompanied by the resonance of light, image, and sound, they ferment and mature together. As the performance draws to a close, each audience member's device receives a brewing result, revealing the unique character of every soul.
