Time is a form of art. Time is not meant to regulate us, but is a holistic and naturally operating set of energies and rules. Tzolk'in is the basic cycle of the Mayan calendar. Through the Mayan calendar, the work reinterprets the laws of time and the energy of natural operation, presenting volumetric visuals and sound in space to express the accumulation of life energy. Unfolding through four layers — Construction, Tuning, Synchronization, and Return — the work follows the narrative arc of beginning, development, turn, and conclusion, using Mayan calendar glyphs as its conceptual framework. Through points, lines, and planes manifested in three-dimensional space, it symbolizes the opening of the galactic gateway — like the moon, after endless darkness, a new light stands poised to emerge.
