Combining audiovisual and interactive AI generative technology, the work observes collective life experiences and generates visual re-presentations through data reshaping. "Memory Encoder" attempts to store fragments of collective experience in a consciousness database — owners actively upload their data, allowing the work to reshape individual experiences. Through diffusion model computation, it generates visuals from a third-person perspective, revealing the diversity of emotional experience and reflecting how the work simulates reality through collective consciousness. Drawing on holographic theory, our experiences and perceived world are projected images constructed by collective consciousness. Each person's perceptual experience functions like an AI data node, with the work serving as a bridge connecting individual and collective data — transforming experiential data through image generation, conversion, flow, and fusion to project partial perspectives. By uploading photos of cherished experiences from audience members' phones, the work becomes an assemblage of collective consciousness. The connection between audience and work also mirrors how AI individuals and groups establish collaborative creation patterns through data sharing. The data models that AI can compute may be viewed as singularities — storing and compressing collective experiences and memories, transforming them into projections of collective consciousness capable of altering the trajectory of civilization. "Memory Encoder" proposes one such possibility and perspective for this transformation.
